Apostle Delmar Coward and his wife, Pastor Charlotte Coward, founded The Vision Ministry International (TVMI) and pastor Encounter fellowships across the United States.
Apostle Coward is anointed to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ and minister through the gifts of the Holy Spirit. Encounter is “not church as usual”; it serves multigenerational, multicultural congregations where people are saved, healed, and delivered in every service. The Word of God is always preached with power and confirmed by “signs, miracles, and wonders” (2 Cor. 12:12).
